A scooter's exhaust pulls her back to the day a former partner's debt delivered her into the collection of a powerful prince. Imprisoned in a human cage between a Bengal tiger and a brown bear, she survives public display, punishment, sexual violence, and the slow rewriting of her own bodily responses. When an underground effort opens a route out, freedom proves less final than the world expects. Photographs are used to discredit her. Therapy gives language but not closure. The cage persists as an organising logic inside her. Years later, she chooses to return — not as reconciliation or a romantic cure, but to confront the desire, trauma attachment, and agency that coexist within her.
